Christian Grimm has worked in the field of industrial property protection since 1994 and he has extensive experience in patent and utility model law, as well as design law. He oversees not only grant and registration proceedings, but also opposition, revocation and infringement proceedings. His main areas of technical expertise are various fields in optics, information technology and medical engineering.
Christian Grimm completed his training as a patent attorney in a firm of patent attorneys in Munich. He has been a European Patent Attorney since 1998, and a Patent Attorney and a European Trademark Attorney since 1999. In 2001 Christian Grimm joined Geyer, Fehners & Partner as a partner.
Before starting his work in the field of industrial property protection, Christian Grimm studied physics at the Technical University of Munich, receiving his degree in 1994. After his studies, he was employed as a failure analysis engineer at Texas Instruments.
