Ursula Strüber has worked in the field of Intellectual Property since 1997, focussing on pre-grant and post-grant patent prosecution and patent litigation, including opposition, appeal, and nullity proceedings, and clearance, validity and enforceability opinions. She further supports clients in the areas of trademark and design protection.
Ms. Strüber has comprehensive technical experience in the fields of mechanical engineering, optics, surface and materials science, catalysis, electrochemistry, and semiconductor technology.
Ursula Strüber studied Chemistry at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and received a doctorate in Physics at the University of Bayreuth. She completed her training as a Patent Attorney at a patent law firm in Munich, at the German Patent and Trademark Office, and at the Federal Patent Court.
